Every year in IMS more than 75000 aspirants enroll in one of our programs to secure admissions into premier MBA, MS, BBA and LAW programs both in India and abroad.

    OUR APPROACH

We tailor exam preparation based on each aspirant’s academic profile and career goals.

We have always focused on an aspirant’s larger goal of building a great career for which an exam is just a pathway. Our approach is thus built on first understanding the aspirant’s academic profile and interests, identifying the best career path for the profile, and based on that deciding on the exam(s) that the student should train for.

We also believe that acing an exam and securing an admission into an elite college by crafting the right essays and giving a good interview is long process during which students need constant support outside of class. Thus, our motto is for our instructors and admission consultants to be Mentors, Motivators, and Guides to aspirants right from the start of their journey to the time their reach the dream institution.

    THE MAN BEHIND US

With the limited technological resources available at the time, Prof Rane started correspondence training courses for various management entrance examinations to Indian business schools and was the ambassador for the MBA degree and its opportunities in India.

At a time when management education in India had neither popularity nor significance, unlike in developed countries, Professor N.R. Rane realized the importance of such an education. It was because of the efforts of IMS that awareness about the MBA came to the masses. Instead of the MBA being an obscure, little-heard of field of study in India, IMS turned it into a dream education for the majority of career seekers.

From its humble correspondence course beginnings in Bombay 40 years ago, Prof Rane set up several centres in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi that would also provide classroom teaching. Subsequently, the current managing director of IMS, Mr. Kamlesh Sajnani expanded the presence of IMS across India, establishing centres in every major metropolis and several smaller cities.
